How does the two-week free trial work?
Try ThisCoffee in your workplace for two weeks, free. We install your machine and milk fridge, supply the beans and train your team. One week in, we’ll check in to fine-tune the setup and use your actual coffee usage to give you a clearer ongoing price estimate. Then you can decide whether to continue on a month-to-month plan.
Which coffee machines do you use?
Our core range is the Dr. Coffee F15 and F2-H, with manufacturer-advised daily workloads of 100 and 300 cups respectively. Every recommended setup makes one-touch fresh-milk coffees and includes a matched milk fridge. We consider daily use, peak queues and space before confirming your trial machine.
Can our coffee really cost 99c a cup?
Yes. Pricing starts from 99c per cup, excluding GST, on our best-value tier. Each tier’s rate applies only to cups within that tier. The minimum is $99.00 per week, equivalent to $429.00 per month, excluding GST. It replaces a lower usage charge and is not added on top. Regular servicing is included as standard.

Start with a conversation, whether you’re a small studio or a busy office. Tell us roughly how many people use your kitchen and how much coffee they drink, and we can explore a suitable setup.
What’s included in the price?
Your coffee machine, milk fridge, beans, installation, training and regular machine servicing are included as standard. We also replace the machine if we can’t fix it on the spot. Your team supplies the milk and handles daily cleaning and routine care between our visits.

Your team follows the daily cleaning and care routine we demonstrate at installation. If a fault occurs, contact us straight away rather than waiting for your next scheduled visit.
What happens if our machine breaks down?
We’ll be on site within one business day of you reporting a machine fault. If we can’t fix your machine on the spot, we’ll replace it. You’ll deal directly with ThisCoffee for support, repairs and replacement, all included in your plan.
Do you service my area?
ThisCoffee is focused on Canberra and surrounding regions. Include your suburb and postcode in your enquiry so we can confirm coverage for your workplace.
Are there any lock-in contracts?
No. After your free trial, you can choose to continue on a month-to-month agreement. There’s no long-term contract tying you in, and your machine, beans and regular servicing stay included in your per-cup plan.
