ThisCoffee provides managed office coffee services for businesses in Canberra and the surrounding region. Your coffee machine, milk fridge, beans and regular servicing are included in one pay-per-cup plan.
We assess your workplace requirements, recommend equipment and manage installation, training and ongoing support. ThisCoffee is your point of contact throughout the service.
Coffee machines and milk fridges
A bean-to-cup Dr. Coffee machine and a separate milk fridge make up your setup. Choose a drink on the touchscreen; the machine grinds the beans and prepares your coffee, including one-touch fresh-milk favourites.
We recommend the Dr. Coffee F15 for everyday offices or the higher-capacity Dr. Coffee F2-H for larger workplaces. We check demand, bench space and water access, then match the fridge to your needs.

Coffee beans and drink settings
We supply whole coffee beans, ground by the machine for each drink. During your trial, we configure drink recipes using your workplace’s milk and cup sizes.
We adjust coffee strength, milk settings and drink sizes to suit your requirements. After one week, we review the coffee, equipment suitability and actual usage to refine your ongoing cost estimate.
Two-week workplace trial
Assess the equipment and coffee service in your workplace with a two-week free trial. Installation and staff training are included. After the trial, you can continue month to month, with no long-term lock-in.
