Privacy Policy
This policy explains how ThisCoffee collects, uses and handles personal information from website visitors, business enquiries and customers.

Information we collect
We collect the details you provide through enquiries, emails and our service: your name, contact details, workplace, location, coffee requirements and any attached estimate. For trials and customers, records may also include machine usage, servicing and billing information.
How we use it
We use this information to answer enquiries, prepare quotes, arrange trials, deliver and support your coffee service, and manage accounts. We also measure which enquiries lead to trials and customers to improve our business.
An enquiry does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
We share relevant information with our service partners and trusted website, email and business providers when needed to operate our service, or where required by law. These providers may process or store information outside Australia.
We do not sell your personal information.
When you visit our website
Our hosting provider processes technical information, including IP addresses and browser details, to run and protect the site.
We temporarily store a limited visit source and page record in your browser tab. If you enquire, we link this to your enquiry reference and trial or customer status to understand what brings people to ThisCoffee. We do not use advertising pixels, and the form still works if browser storage is blocked.
Storage and security
We limit access to people who need your information and take reasonable steps to protect it. Records are kept for enquiries, our service relationship and relevant business or legal requirements, then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed.
Access, corrections and complaints
To request access, a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email hello@thiscoffee.com.au. We may need to verify your identity and explain any information we must retain.
We’ll investigate complaints and respond within a reasonable time. If your concern remains unresolved, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner for guidance.
We’ll update this page if our privacy practices change.
